A new look at the Air Jordan 1 High OG “Palomino” previews a dark brown suede colorway for the classic shoe. When it comes to this particular shade of brown, comparisons can be drawn to the AJ1 “Dark Mocha” from 2020, although this time contrasted against a predominantly black leather.
With this latest release, designers created the heel, collar and toe, along with the Nike swoosh, in a light brown suede. For the overall body of the OG, dark black leather fills in the toe guard and mid-foot panel, creating a subtle juxtaposition.
Underfoot, a lighter story takes place as the Jordan 1 tread is dressed in brown, with a sail colour wrapped around the midsole to balance the darker tones of the upper.
