Miami-based retailer SoleFly and Nike’s renowned Jordan Brand division have an extensive history of collaborations. Now, their next project has been officially revealed by the Swoosh.
Taking on the Air Jordan 13, SoleFly has opted to neatly outfit the 25-year-old sneaker in various pastel shades.
Inner lining also indulges in the Spring 2023-appropriate color, but features different textures and patterns that embolden the Tar Heel-reminiscent blue.
An elephant print-like graphic is stamped onto the insoles, likely working with the special edition water-and-sand-covered shoe box to speak to SoleFly’s inspiration for its Jordan 13.
Its upper utilizes a blend of ripstop at the toe box and suede elsewhere. A UNC-esque “Celestine Blue” appears on each side, joining a light yellow hue at the tongue, reflective laces, toe box and outsole.
SoleFly logos on the tongue, elephant printed insoles atop a Gum rubber outsole completes the design.

The Air Jordan 13 is Michael Jordan’s thirteenth signature basketball shoe with NIKE, Inc. Originally released in 1997 during “The Last Dance,” the sneaker was designed by the legendary Tinker Hatfield.
the Air Jordan 13 draws inspiration from a black panther, which is reminiscent of MJ’s game. The outsole represents a panther’s paw while the hologram on the ankle represents their eyes.

The Air Jordan 13 is the last shoe MJ wore for a complete season with the Chicago Bulls. He would wear the 14 briefly in the NBA Finals and would later return to play for the Washington Wizards, but the 13 was the last shoe he would lace up for a season with the Bulls. In many ways, the 13 represents the end of an era.
